JazzTV – Dave Brubeck Quartet

Blue Rondo a la Turk

Live Jazz Thursdays

Well it’s been a little tough getting out over the last five or so weeks in Toronto with all the snow we’ve had, but all the sidewalks are clear and safe again so there is lots to check out.

Tonight at the Rex you won’t want to miss Rudder who are in from New York for the first of two nights at 9:30 pm. Friday things get going early with the Hogtown Syncopators followed at 6:30 by the Artie Roth Trio. Saturday Pat LaBarbera’s Humber College Student Jazz Ensemble gets things going before the Harley Card CD release at 9:30 pm.

Tonight Cuban pianist Amaury Figueredo is in at the Opal Jazz Lounge.

The Pilot has the Roberto Occhipinti Quartet in Saturday afternoon from 3:30 – 6:30 pm.

An finally, at the Dominion on Queen tonight you can catch the Jack Zorawski Quartet at 8:30 pm.

Cheers!
