Richards Kensignton Suite CD has been nominated for a Juno, and what better way to celebrate then by hosting a Juno Nomination Party at Hugh’s Room tonight (Friday Feb 29th). Show starts up at 8:30 pm.

“‘Kensington Suite’ has been nominated for a Juno for ‘Instrumental Album of the Year’. I’m flattered to be in a category with greats like Amon Tobin, Jayme Stone, Bob Lanois and Joey Wright. It’s also great to get recognition outside of the jazz category. Maybe I’ll make some big money now!! (mmm, Ok, I’m dreaming!) The main thing is that I think this is my best CD yet and I’m really glad that it has been recognized.”
