Tonight at The Rex, you can catch Rich Brown’s Rinse The Algorithm. Friday it’s The Hogtown Syncopators followed by Sara Dell, before it’s Rinse The Algorithm again at 9:30pm. Saturday it’s Sandra Bomar in from Detroit and Sunday check out the The Deborahs followed by the Trevor Trio.

Pianist Bernie Senensky is in tonigh for the second of a five night stint at Opal Jazz Lounge.

Saturday catch the Leo Sullivan Quartet from 3:30 – 6:30PM at The Pilot, and then come back Sunday for the Mike Ruby Quartet.

At Gate 403 you can catch a early set from James Carrol tonight before the Scott Kemp Jazz Collective, and Friday it’s the Hogtown Syncopators. Saturday the Suzana De Camara Quartet heats things up from 9pm.

Finally, don’t forget that today is the start of the Jazz by Genre event going on down at the Docks featuring the likes of Hilario Duran, Louis Simao, Kollage and more.
