It’s getting busy as we work our way into this years Jazz Fest.

The Montreal Bistro presents The Canadian Jazz Quartet tonight for one night only. Thursday brings Bonnie Brett and the Richard Whiteman Trio w/ Brandi Disterheft & Sly Juhas to the stage.

What better to get in the right mood for Jazz Fest then catching Kirk MacDonald and Lorne Lofsky tonight at The Dominion on Queen, and if your looking for a little late night action after a fest show, this is the place to be. Late night Jazz Jams are going till 4am during the Jazz Festival.

The Annual players party is on tonight at The Rex. Metalwood is in Thursday from New York for a two night stay. The Chris Hunt Tentet + 2 is in Saturday followed by Emile-Claire Barlow at 9:30pm. Sunday don’t miss Swing Rosie followed by the Artie Roth Quintet.
